We’ve been selling premium wine since 1964 and our expertise has grown along with our portfolio of award winning wines from around the world including Antinori, Ridge and Vega Sicilia. The wineries we represent are like us – progressive and fiercely independent.
To help further our success and accomplishments we are actively recruiting for talented Sales Account Managers; 1 in Birmingham/Leicester and 1 in London who will identify and pursue profitable premium sales opportunities within their designated areas. These roles will be responsible for targeting new business which is operationally viable, sustainable and commercially rewarding. These are ambassadorial positions, representing Berkmann Wine Cellars and its agencies in the U.K. on-trade sector and will have responsibility for implementing marketing derived brand activity plans.
This isn’t a 9-5 job; it will be hard work and you will need to be tenacious and entrepreneurial. You will be managing customer expectations, running promotions and hosting tastings, all with a view to building a portfolio of customers, who like us, love and can appreciate good wine. If you have demonstrable UK on-trade sales experience, a strong background in wine and WSET Level 2, then we want to hear from you.
