This position will be responsible for successfully leading and delivering profitable and sustainable growth across the independent specialist division at Berkmann Wine Cellars. The successful candidate will be passionate and driven, who also has a sophisticated grasp of this specialist sector and ideally hold a WSET Diploma qualification. This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship skills. Working as part of a team, you will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the business and build strong local relationships with your customers and internal teams.
Our preferred candidate will be an experienced people manager with excellent cross-departmental interpersonal skills, who is capable of developing and implementing a sales strategy and aligning your team’s KPIs so that they contribute in achieving the overall objectives.

Working Pattern
This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and whilst the core hours are 09:00 to 17:30 (plus an unpaid break of 1 hour), you will be expected to work the hours necessary to meet the needs of the role.
