The latest edition of Berkmann’s Green Harvest is here, featuring six additional suppliers across Australia, France, South Africa and Italy; of these, five have been designated as sustainability champions. Once again, this report explores the efforts that our suppliers are making at all levels of their business, covering not agricultural practices, winemaking and packaging, but also social responsibility and their impact on employees and the local community. With so many family-owned wineries in our portfolio, it’s no surprise to see the value they placed on preserving their vineyards for future generations, but it is still heartening to see the lengths that they will go to ensure the longevity of their lands, their businesses and the communities they are part of.
